What is the difference between a profile and a company profile?

There is none: profile and company profile are two names for the same document. It differs from a catalogue, which lists products with their specifications and prices, and from a technical and financial proposal, which is written for one tender with its own schedule and pricing.

How many pages should a company profile be?

Twelve to twenty-four pages suits most companies, and it is the length that gets read to the end. Practices with many service lines, and contractors with a long project record, run to forty. The number follows the real content a company has; a page carrying nothing weakens the ones before it.

What is delivered, and is it print-ready?
