Professional company profile design with content writing — Dawaer's work for companies across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf since 2000.
The profile is the document a company puts forward to a client, a government body or a tender. We design it and write it: the company's background, its vision, services, delivered projects and people — ordered so the reader reaches the end.
We have been designing them for law, accounting, contracting, industry and real estate since 2000.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a profile and a company profile?
There is none: profile and company profile are two names for the same document. It differs from a catalogue, which lists products with their specifications and prices, and from a technical and financial proposal, which is written for one tender with its own schedule and pricing.
How many pages should a company profile be?
Twelve to twenty-four pages suits most companies, and it is the length that gets read to the end. Practices with many service lines, and contractors with a long project record, run to forty. The number follows the real content a company has; a page carrying nothing weakens the ones before it.
How long does a company profile take?
Two to four weeks as a rule: a week to gather the material and write it, one to two weeks to design, then a round or two of revisions before delivery. The schedule is set by how quickly the company's own information and project record arrive, more than by the design.
Do you write the content, or do we send it?
We write it. Most companies arrive with scattered material — a commercial registration, old proposals, project photographs — so we hold one session to draw out what is missing, then write the background, vision, services and project record in Arabic and English for sign-off before design begins. Where a company already has its text, we edit and reorder it rather than rewrite it.
What sections should a company profile contain?
The core is fixed: a cover, an opening word or company background, vision, mission and values, the services in detail, delivered projects or clients, the team with licences and accreditations, and a contact page. To that is added whatever the sector turns on: classification and plant for a contractor, practice areas for a law firm, production lines and certifications for a manufacturer.
What is delivered, and is it print-ready?
A screen-ready PDF for email and WhatsApp, and alongside it a high-resolution CMYK file with bleed that goes straight to a printer. Open source files are handed over on request, so later updates are possible whether or not they come back to us.
Do you produce the profile in Arabic and English?
Yes, and most of what we produce is bilingual. Each language has its own layout: Arabic reads from the right and English from the left, so swapping the text inside one design is not enough. We deliver the two either in a single document or as separate files, and the English is written rather than translated word for word.
Can the profile be used for tenders and pre-qualification?
Yes, and it is the most common use among contractors and manufacturers. We order it so an evaluator finds what they are looking for quickly: classification and licences, delivered capacity, and completed projects with their values, dates and owners. A technical and financial proposal for one specific tender is a separate document, which we also produce.
