Corporate Identity · designed by Dawaer, 2026. A visual identity for Masharee' Real Estate Development, its name drawn in a geometric hand with a red edge to the card.
The mark is the name Masharee' drawn in a geometric hand: letters built from straight strokes and measured angles, with no curve and no ornament. The form says what a developer does — a rule, a drawing, a building standing on its own corners.
The striking move is that the yā' extends beneath the word as a baseline carrying the rest of the letters. The word stands on a foundation the way a building stands on its own — a reference made without explanation.
The colour is a single navy on white and grey. There is no gold in it, which runs against the convention of the Saudi property market, where gold is used so heavily that it now reads as a mark of the promise rather than of the delivery. Navy alone says a company that hands over rather than one that sells.
The card's edge is printed red — a thin line seen only when it is held from the side. It costs money at press and is noticed only by whoever picks it up, and that is exactly its effect: the person holding it feels it cost something.

Yes. An identity for a contracting company is built on what distinguishes the sector — the mark and its variants, the colour system, the Arabic and Latin typefaces, and the stationery.
